I am a Bioinformatician working as “Lead Domain Engineer” at Persistent Systems Limited, Pune. I have done my Ph.D. in Biotechnology from National Centre for Cell Science, Pune. With the focus on microbiome reasearch, I have developed MicFunPred, a tool for conservative functional prediction based on amplicon data.
